There was a bit of confusion over a keyed unit but there was no one to give us a key. Anyhow they made it right by letting us use a unit that we could put our own lock on. The next day we were called and the key to our unit was there to use . So even though there was as slight mix up I give five star because they made a great effort to make us happy. Thank you

A painless and very friendly experience all around. Being able to open the front gate via a phone app was not only a welcome option, but it worked instantly and without any issues. The in-person service was prompt, professional, and accommodating in every way that customer service should be. The rental rates are competitively priced and the value received for two months rental fee up front is pleasantly surprising. There being a weekly payment option if I need to extend my time in the storage unit by less than a month is also a welcome option for me, being on a fairly tight budget.
