A painless and very friendly experience all around. Being able to open the front gate via a phone app was not only a welcome option, but it worked instantly and without any issues. The in-person service was prompt, professional, and accommodating in every way that customer service should be. The rental rates are competitively priced and the value received for two months rental fee up front is pleasantly surprising. There being a weekly payment option if I need to extend my time in the storage unit by less than a month is also a welcome option for me, being on a fairly tight budget.

I was very impressed with Michele.. the facility manager. I visited or called at least 3 times with questions and clarifications before I decided to sign a 3 month contract. She always responded in a clear and professional way. A very good 1st impression of the company.

After reading the recent review by ‘Paul’ I would like to say that I agree with everything he said. Michele made the difference to help turn my own experience from a negative to a positive. Thank you Michele!!! I am reposting Paul’s comments as I am at a loss to express my opinion any better than he did. Michele does an excellent job of keeping the facility running smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication and attention to detail are evident in the pristine condition of the storage units and the overall organization of the premises. What truly sets Michele apart is her exceptional customer service. She is always pleasant to deal with, combining professionalism with a friendly demeanor that makes interactions enjoyable. Michele goes above and beyond to ensure that all my storage needs are met promptly and efficiently. The lady who helped us was exceptionally friendly and made the experience of renting our unit very nice I would recommend them to anybody looking for a storage the only problem I do have is the sweating that happens with the unit thus causing lost of moisture inside the unit so if u don’t have your stuff in sealed totes and cover with a tote u will definitely run the Rick of stuff getting wet and molding
