Make Space Storage - Ladysmith

I was very impressed with Michele.. the facility manager. I visited or called at least 3 times with questions and clarifications before I decided to sign a 3 month contract. She always responded in a clear and professional way. A very good 1st impression of the company.

After reading the recent review by ‘Paul’ I would like to say that I agree with everything he said. Michele made the difference to help turn my own experience from a negative to a positive. Thank you Michele!!! I am reposting Paul’s comments as I am at a loss to express my opinion any better than he did. Michele does an excellent job of keeping the facility running smoothly and efficiently. As far as I know the whole move in experience went very well. I totally appreciated the fact that I could make the arrangements over the phone and didn't need to be in attendance when the move in occurred as I was moving from a fair distance away. All of the communications and experience I have had so far have been very pleasant. Thank you Michelle!

Thank you for the lengthy time of having a safe and secure experience at Make Space Storage. The Unit I had was perfect. Also, the staff at the front desk was friendly, which made me super comfortable to ask any questions at any given time. I would recommend Make Space to anyone. Thanks again :)
