A painless and very friendly experience all around. Being able to open the front gate via a phone app was not only a welcome option, but it worked instantly and without any issues. The in-person service was prompt, professional, and accommodating in every way that customer service should be. The rental rates are competitively priced and the value received for two months rental fee up front is pleasantly surprising. There being a weekly payment option if I need to extend my time in the storage unit by less than a month is also a welcome option for me, being on a fairly tight budget.

Excellent service, very professional. Easy TransCanada #1 highway entrance access. Had a problem with the unit lock before I moved my goods into the storage. The issue was resolved immediately without causing me any delay. Gated code entry is an extra security feature that I appreciate. Highly recommend Make Space Storage in Ladysmith BC.

Checking in was super easy on their website! I was able to find the unit that I wanted and pay for it online, just had to stop at the office to pick up my key. The selection of available units of all sizes was huge compared to all of the storage places in Nanaimo and the prices were way better! The app makes it easy to come in and out through the entry gate with Bluetooth right from your phone. I'm glad that I chose Make Space for my storage, very satisfied indeed.
